Coaching?

Coaching ist lt. Wikipedia die lösungs- und zielorientierte Begleitung von Menschen, vorwiegend im beruflichen Umfeld, zur Förderung der Selbstreflexion sowie der selbstgesteuerten Verbesserung der Wahrnehmung, des Erlebens und des Verhaltens.

Wer ist die Zielgruppe?

Ich möchte ca. 30 ausgebildete Coaches bzw. Coaches i.A.u.S. (o.ä. Ausbildungen) ansprechen, die eine Community suchen und sich mit innovater Diskussion über aktuelle Themen, Strukturen und Methoden rund ums Coaching beteiligen möchten.

Ziel?

Austausch aktueller Methoden, Themen und Strukturen, Diskussion, Projektgenerierungen, Visionen, Networking, etc.
